Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026 · Updated: October 17, 2026

Retro Console is a local game-library and emulator app for Android TV, Apple TV, and macOS. It does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, or a developer-operated account service. The developer does not collect your personal data, library contents, play history, game files, artwork, save data, passwords, or access tokens.

Data processed by the app

The operator of a server you choose may process requests according to their own privacy practices. Retro Console Library does not send this data to a server operated by the app developer.

The game included with the app, Controller Quest: Flight Drill, is an original work by the developer. It does not connect to the network and collects no data.

Sharing and tracking

The app does not sell or share personal data with the developer or advertising companies, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use data for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

You control the data stored by the app. In “Settings → Storage & Cache,” choose “Clear All Games” to remove games, caches, save data, library addresses, and saved authentication information. On macOS, moving the app to Trash does not automatically delete its private data or your chosen ROM folder. Manage and delete public ROM folders and data on your NAS or HTTP(S) server separately, at those locations.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in this document and in the in-app privacy-policy page.
